The following privacy provisions apply to business clients, organizations, and any party engaging Spice & Soul Media LLC for professional services. They supplement the general Privacy Policy above and govern how we collect, use, and protect information shared in the course of B2B engagements.

Information We Collect from Business Clients

When you engage Spice & Soul Media LLC for professional services, we may collect:

• Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and mailing address

• Business information shared during consultations or project intake (e.g., business plans, financial goals, brand assets, manuscript drafts)

• Payment and billing information (processed through secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers)

• Communications including emails, session notes, and written feedback

• Information about your organization's goals, challenges, and strategies shared in the course of services

How We Use Your Information

Business client information is used exclusively to:

• Deliver the agreed-upon services

• Communicate about project scope, timelines, and deliverables

• Process invoices and payments

• Send relevant business communications or follow-up materials related to the engagement

• Improve our services and develop training materials (in anonymized form only)

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Spice & Soul Media LLC does not sell, rent, or trade any business client information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in delivering services, including payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal), scheduling tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Wix), and cloud storage providers. These vendors are required to protect your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Confidential Business Information

Any non-public business information, strategies, financial data, or proprietary materials you share with Spice & Soul Media LLC during an engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Session Notes & Record Retention

Session notes, intake forms, and project documents may be retained by Spice & Soul Media LLC for up to three (3) years after the conclusion of the engagement for business recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us at melissa@spicesoulmedia.com.

Testimonials & Marketing

With your written consent, Spice & Soul Media LLC may reference your engagement in general terms for marketing purposes. No identifying business information will be shared publicly without your express written permission. If you provide a testimonial, you grant Spice & Soul Media LLC the right to use it on spicesoulmedia.com and in marketing materials. You may opt out of testimonial use at any time by contacting us in writing.

Your Privacy Rights

As a business client, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal and business information we hold about you. To submit a privacy request, email melissa@spicesoulmedia.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 14 business days.
